Somewhat minor hiccup but overall...

Liked: Very nice and clean. Great price. Great location. Felt safe.
Disliked: When we checked in, the clerk was nice but then once she finished she just handed us the key card. I asked where the elevators were at because they weren't visible from the desk and she seemed confused so I asked again and she kindly pointed them out. It wasn't necessarily an issue I just think it would be a good idea to point out to guests where to go...only because the elevators aren't in a invisible area like some other hotels. So thats just more of a suggestion than a problem. We only really had one issue which was the morning we checked out. We received a text link to use. I opened it to view because I was unfamiliar with the concept, but I didn't complete it. Idk if me opening it prompted a glitch but we had a housekeeper try and walk into our room shortly after which really irked me because we were in the process of getting dressed and ready to leave. Luckily we had the safety lock hooked so she closed the door immediately. I have never had that happen before so I was definitely surprised by it and did not appreciate the lack of apology from her.
