Comfortable but dangerous

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and the price was good.
Disliked: When we check in the staff asked for ID for my service dog and proof of registration. The room we were given the door key didn’t work properly but then the lock didn’t engage at all The overnight staff seem more surprised that I noticed that it was unsafe, as opposed to surprised that it didn’t work. And was rather reluctant to switch my room to a safe one. The rooms were hot. And it took an hour to cool down the room The next morning the breakfast was not a full breakfast and it’s had no celiac safe options It’s barely 8:30am and they have sent not one but 3 notifications saying “it’s almost time to check out let us know when you are leaving “ Check out isn’t until 11am So besides the beds being comfortable females and families need to be extra careful about this location especially at night because they don’t know the laws and they were definitely up to no with insisting I keep a room with a broken lock.

Liked: Breakfast was packaged but good - we really had a good deal on the room - on the way down we also had a wyndham but was not at all as clean and the difference in price was $4.00. Really impressed with cleanliness and this hotel !
Disliked: Really for the price we paid it was exceptional - very glad we chose this location.

This is the preferred hotel...

Liked: Got to park car close to room. Friendly desk people answered my questions. Breakfast was ok, NO fresh fruit. Oranges and bananas Would of been nice to include. Had breads and yogurts, Cereals, juices. kinda small, but ok. liked having a sink that was outside the bathroom. that's nice to me. desk and chairs was great. nice vinyl flooring. If your trying to figure out which hotel to take, I would get this one over the one across the street,
Disliked: Pool was small, more like a wading pool. I did do my senior exercises ok, but nobody could really swim farther than a few strokes in it. breakfast is small but better than nothing.
