This is the preferred hotel...

Liked: Got to park car close to room. Friendly desk people answered my questions. Breakfast was ok, NO fresh fruit. Oranges and bananas Would of been nice to include. Had breads and yogurts, Cereals, juices. kinda small, but ok. liked having a sink that was outside the bathroom. that's nice to me. desk and chairs was great. nice vinyl flooring. If your trying to figure out which hotel to take, I would get this one over the one across the street,
Disliked: Pool was small, more like a wading pool. I did do my senior exercises ok, but nobody could really swim farther than a few strokes in it. breakfast is small but better than nothing.

Liked: Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Pool looked inviting even though I didn't use.
Disliked: No elevator, was not aware of this when booking rooms. Placement of microwave in the room, the light was shining bright right at the end of bed, I had to put a towel over it.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great. The customer service was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Was hoping to bring my grandsons over to swim in the pool. We understood.
