Liked: It looked good from the outside did not get to stay hotel canceled reservation because air conditioning was not working in rooms
Disliked: The associate working the front desk was very rude

Disliked: the man that worked over night was very rude & was on the phone for over a hr when i was asking for a extra blanket for one of 2 yr old grandson, that has autism. So i had to walk down their. Very rude & told me i could not use my wyndham rewards

Disliked: Our first impression was that the lobby chairs were dirty. The hallway carpet also looked worn. The walls had wallpaper peeling and the pool chlorine smell was very strong.

Disliked: They tried to take a extra $100 off of my card with out my permission

Liked: very close to our family's home
Disliked: Room could have been cleaner, though it was ok. The breakfast area out of coffee cups and no one seemed to know where any more were located. Fans being used in main hallway all weekend to dry the carpet. Room keys quit working.

Liked: There was a storm and we got stuck in a town over they wouldn't let us refund or move day

Disliked: Lights in bathroom didn't work. They processed the security deposit as a charge instead of just a hold like all other hotels. When questioned about this they claimed it was their policy after management change. Also no food or drinks available to buy.
