Clean, well maintained, quiet hotel....

Liked: Front desk clerk - Angela- is extremely helpful and friendly. I overheard her checking in a couple and she thoroughly went over everything regarding all amenities, services, restaurants etc. My check in clerk was not detailed at all. I asked and got answers, but Angela offered the information without any asking. I didn't use the pool or exercise room, but they looked clean and well maintained. I left too early to comment on their breakfast, but the area looked clean and spacious. I would stay there again.
Disliked: My check in clerk wasn't friendly or informative. She had the answers, but you had to ask first.

Comfortable, clean, economical overnight stay...

Liked: The breakfast adequate, the food service area was clean. The location was perfect for an overnight before my flight home. Even though the hotel is adjacent to the airport, I was never disturbed by air traffic. Very convenient for timely rental car return. As an older woman traveling alone, I requested a quiet room relatively close to the front desk and the request was accommodated. It was over 100 degrees during the day, I enjoyed taking a dip in the outdoor pool as the sun was setting.
Disliked: Breakfast was mostly breads, cereals, and carbohydrates. There was a steam table pan of eggs. I would have liked more hot dish, protein choices and a wider variety of fresh fruit options.

Awful experience

Liked: There wasn't much to like besides the size of the room.
Disliked: The room had such a bad smell. The bedding was shredded and full of some kind of lint. The breakfast was not good. Not many options and stale pastries. The pool was dirty and un-swimable. Staff would not help me modify my stay to leave a day early. Even after contacting booking customer service to help with the change, staff refused to give me a receipt at checkout. Super shady, not helpful and I will never stay here again.
