Good value if you cannot...

Liked: Front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: Our room’s sink faucet was not bolted down to the sink, the tub was not fully clean, was a non-smoking room but smelled like smoke and one of the mattresses was stained.

The very worst baymont hotel...

Liked: The price is good. Alexis was helpful with changing my room( smelled like). Brittany was great on the checkout
Disliked: The love seat was atrocious. Room was little faint cigarette smoke. A hole in the bathroom wall. The iron was horrible. I couldn't even press my clothes

Disliked: Room needs a some updating and bit of maintenance on the bathroom sink.

Worst customer service by owner/manager...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: It’s says pay at property but soon as I booked they tried to take it off of my card. Upon going to the establishment the owner or manager was completely rude I asked why he tried to charge my card when it says pay at property. He goes to say that he can charge my card as soon as I book it even if I pay in cash and because my card declined he wouldn’t honor the booking. I informed him that my card was locked and I did have the money I just wanted to pay in cash. He began screaming the cards no good so I didn’t want to argue so I just asked if I could pay for my room and go lay down. I don’t like booking my room and it says pay at property just for them to try and charge my card and when calling them out on it being yelled at. Worst stay ever and wouldn’t stay again.

Pleasant
