Staff was pleasant & courteous. Hotel was approximately 84 degrees at all times even with air conditioning on - could not sleep. Door casing in suite was taped together at the top; carpet overlapped in between suites (trip hazard). Pool heater broken; pool cold. Pool liner was loose/wrinkled, even on steps (trip hazard); jets in Jacuzzi did not work. Pool dimly lit at night. Was told via phone breakfast included eggs and sausage along with basic continental breakfast. This was not true.

Disliked: Not a minute after opening the door we see a roach in our bathroom, realize the floors are dirty, and there’s toenails by the bed, nightstands had something smeared on them and on the wall. Couch had white stain resembling bodily fluids. We asked for refund and found a room for half the price that was newly remodeled. Would not stay here or recommend .
