Staff was pleasant & courteous. Hotel was approximately 84 degrees at all times even with air conditioning on - could not sleep. Door casing in suite was taped together at the top; carpet overlapped in between suites (trip hazard). Pool heater broken; pool cold. Pool liner was loose/wrinkled, even on steps (trip hazard); jets in Jacuzzi did not work. Pool dimly lit at night. Was told via phone breakfast included eggs and sausage along with basic continental breakfast. This was not true.

Liked: Good location / Comfortable beds / Pleasant and courteous staff.
Disliked: Too hot / Pool heater broken / Pool liner wrippled / Jacuzzi jets did not work / Breakfast not what stated.

Disliked: Things broken or not functioning in room such as bed, chair, and bathroom accessories. Pool was closed but no one informed me at check in despite me saying my 4 children were with me. Sketchy people staying at hotel that I assume live there. Will not be back.

Wished the pool was open.

Liked: Location was good for what we were in town for.
Disliked: The pool was closed due to the roof leaking but we did not receive that information until we were at the motel checking in. We had gotten several emails reminding us of our stay so I was surprised we didn't become informed of the pool closed via email prior to our arrival . We were offered free cancellation but it was 8 pm and we weren't prepared to go anywhere else. We specifically chose the motel because of the pool and hot tub so we were extremely disappointed. I asked for a discount and was told the only offer was free cancellation because 'some people don't use the pool anyhow'. I replied we specifically chose this motel because of the pool and hot tub. The clerk was friendly but said the only offer was free cancellation

Quick trip, good value and...

Liked: It was clean and comfortable…the only gripe we had was we were on the first floor and the folk’s upstairs were super noisy at midnight:(

Liked: I did not like the fact that I did not know that their pool area and their hot tub was down I was looking forward to getting in the pool and in the hot tub in my family trip

Liked: Comfortable room. Quiet. Clean
Disliked: Pool ans hot tub were not in operation. Toilet in room did not flush had to make a little repair myself in order to flush it. When I mentioned to staff at desk at checkout that they needed some maintenance work on the toilet all that was said was ok. Other than that all was well.
