Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was dirty, the toilet had dried urine on it, the sheets to the bed closest to the door were dirty, and clearly, they were not changed from the previous guest. They were wrinkled like slept in, dirty poop stain. The front desk says no refunds. We left 25 minutes after checking in. What a disgusting place.

Two things. VERY VERY clean....

Liked: Didn’t use the Wi-Fi and location wasn’t important for me.
Disliked: It’s my understanding that they are new owners and have been fixing up the place. There’s things that are still needed but they are doing a good job

They lied on me and...

Liked: Nothing of it
Disliked: They lied and Said I was smoking in the room and then said I stole some extension cable, in which I did not. I was charged additional 350 for this, in which I asked for proof in which they could not provide for me... they would not l e t me talk to the supposed owner who was the one whom said to charge me. I have stayed st many hotels and never have I once been treated so poorly for thing I did not do.... I am having my lawyer look into this now. I was in room 203.... don't go this facility in Topeka it might be a scam going on in there.

Nice place to stay for...

Liked: The location was close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff helped quickly when we had an issue with the heating and cooling system. Staff was quick and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing really was something I didn't like. I was just disappointed there wasn't any meats for the breakfast.

Passable

Liked: Check in was quick and easy, staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Got to breakfast room at 600. Coffee pot was empty. Staff was asleep on couch. Had 2 link sausages and 1 scoop of scrambled eggs. The were not warm enough and shortly I got to feeling sick. Went outside and threw up.

Bad

Liked: The location was fine and the staff was especially helpful.
Disliked: The 1st room that we were in was 207, there was no electricity, no power, no TV, & pictures were in the closet on the floor not on the wall. They moved us to room 208, it kept blowing the breaker. For breakfast all we had was cold cereal or waffles.

Disappointing and uncomfortable!

Disliked: I realize that I was given the least desired room in the farthest from the lobby location because I booked on a booking app! The whole experience was uncomfortable and I moved my second night to another location! The hotel has a very good location and could be in high demand.

Liked: Renovated rooms, nice huge bed but scant sheets and blankets. Economy style. Doors and walls could use fresh paint, and need new curtains as there were scary red stains on mine. My door was a little broken too, couldn’t close from the outside. Really good price for a shower and a decent place to sleep on a long drive.
Disliked: Curtains and shower curtain had stains, maybe blood? Also my door was broken
