Comfortable stay in Susanville on...

Liked: Nice rooms, great shower, good central location. Good quality food for breakfast.
Disliked: Due to a mix up by office staff, we got two phone calls to our room and a knock on our door after 9 pm while we were trying to sleep. Apparently they made a mistake entering our room number and asked that we come to the office and sign paperwork again. We declined. They said not to worry and they’d take care of the problem. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location, close to national...

Liked: Bed was very comfortable and with clean sheets, room was spacious, fridge was also nice to have, free breakfast with good coffee which was a plus we had to leave early for our hike and the earliest time coffee shop opens in town is 7am, staff was very friendly!
Disliked: I didn’t have clean towels, glad I brought my own, honestly great value overall which allowed me to overlook this.

Liked: Easy to get to. Clean.
Disliked: The air conditioning is quite noisy.
