Booking.com should look into the...

Liked: It was closed !!!!!! Abandoned!!! I called Booking.com to confirm and you confirmed it. There’s no hotel there just an old vacant building.!!! I am not booking with booking .com again!!! This is ridiculous!

was very unhappy with this...

Liked: nothing
Disliked: is was not the cleanest and the whole reason I went with my kids were so that we could swim and relax in the hot tub and it was so cold that we couldn’t even swim in a hot tub is Broken  would’ve been nice to know that before we booked because I would’ve went somewhere else.
