Disliked: 1-Online kiosk check-in was a surprise, and somewhat awkward.2-Scratching noise in the walls went on all night.3-hallway got quite noisy at times.

Liked: I enjoyed the check in and politeness of staff.
Disliked: I had a hard time sleeping which I took a shower after finding ants in my room and also in my bed and instead of asking for another night I checked out and decided to go elsewhere But I should have said something but I didn't realize until morning and moved on..

Liked: Did not have breakfast. I left a suitcase there and called to ask if they had found it ,which they did and held it until I was able to pick it up 10 days later. I much appreciated that.
