Room 107,unfit Room for guests...
Liked: I had no Air conditioner, telephone don't work, black mold in the bathroom and the outlet in the sink area doesn't work and I have a video of this and I left early because I felt ill and didn't notice the mold until second day
Disliked: Even the morning breakfast was unfit to eat and most of the food I seen in the garage can was uneaten NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AND THEY TOOK $100 FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND I NEVER HAD THAT DONE BEFORE WHEN I STAYED AND I DESERVE A DISCOUNT AND MY DEPOSIT RETURN ASAP I have a video but no pictures

Not good
Liked: The only good thing I can say about this place is the parking and that’s because the hotel wasn’t even close to even half full.
Disliked: Dirty! Bathroom was dirty with residue in front of toilet and bathtub was stopped up so our showers were with ankle deep water. There was a foul odor when we checked in which seemed to linger throughout the whole facility. Also there was remnants of food in the hallway on different occasions. I understand there are check in times for a reason but we were literally the only car in the parking lot when we got there to the point we were wondering if the hotel was even operational and we were told there is a $20 charge to check in 1 1/2 hrs early. Obviously there were plenty of rooms available at that time and I thought it would have been a nice gesture to just let us check in. Instead they tried to get every dollar out of people and we declined and came back in 2 hrs.

Clean, but safe?
Liked: The room was fairly clean other than some debris in the bathtub.
Disliked: It was an electronic check in. On the screen was a "live" person, but it took a while. We weren't able to get a key because the machine wasn't working, but they did let us in the room manually. I just couldn't leave without leaving the door cracked while my husband tried to rest and I unloaded our stuff. The phone in the room didn't work to call the front desk, so again I had to crack the door to go ask for things. Not very conducive to safety. They said the first card was declined, so we used another and both were charged once we got home. Would I stay at Baymont again? Not this one.

Worst hotel experience of my...
Liked: Good location and cost-effective
Disliked: Check in was awkward with both kiosk and live person. No TV remote in room and no staff available to get one. Middle of the night water leak required me to switch rooms. Kuerig coffee in room was all decaf requiring a trip to the lobby. No shampoo in the room for shower. Tub drained so slow ankle high by the end of a quick shower.
