Baymont by Wyndham Springfield I-44

I highly recommend this Motel. I talked to a woman at breakfast and she said they have tried many motels nearby and she said this was definitely the best motel.

Liked: It was quiet. Check in crew were great. Very clean. Great breakfast.
Disliked: None.

Good, but could’ve been better

Liked: The beds were comfy and the room and facilities were clean. The staff was nice too.
Disliked: There was a bit of lack of communication. I made requests (fan, extra pillows, etc) that they couldn’t accommodate but they also didn’t reply to my messages to communicate that. If I would have known they couldn’t accommodate I would have packed the extras. We also were not aware/notified the pool was closed. There was nothing on the website, indicating that it was closed either when we made the reservation.

Liked: Would have rated “10” or excellent, but for the cleanliness of the room. The room was clean and smelt clean, but whatever was used to clean left a wet-like residue on the furniture and tile floor. I advised the desk clerk when we checked out.

A very comfortable stay.

Liked: Breakfast was great, so was our room.
