Disliked: I booked 2 rooms and had to have 100 deposit for each. Never was told that. Also, was told.if the rooms were ok I would get deposit back. They said rooms are good and let us leave and I have waited over 2 days now. I called and they said it takes 1 to 2 business days...NEVER TOLD THAT!!!

Disliked: I recently stayed at your hotel and was incorrectly charged twice for my stay. Despite my requests, I have not received a refund for the overpayment. Furthermore, I was also charged a $100 deposit for use, which has not been refunded. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and process the refunds as soon as possible."

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The outlets were easy to access for charging my phone.
Disliked: While walking in the hallway, I could hear the conversations of people in their rooms. Some of these were rather loud.

Disliked: It says on there website 18+ to book a room and I am 18 and I went to check and they canceled my reservation saying I have to be 21 to book a room so they better refund me because they canceled the reservation I didn't and multiple hotel booking websites also all state 18+ to book a room there and I was stuck with no room and no money to get a room somewhere else because haven't refunded me and it takes 7-10 business to get refunded when anyone refunds you. I want my money back and will never ever book a room here again even when I am 21. The lady at check in who canceled my reservation was also very rude to me and judgemental. Really bad business and the hotel is old and outdated and not very nice at all. I want my money back and I am filling a dispute for the charges. This unacceptable.
