Liked: It was very clean
Disliked: The staff was very rude, the man who checked us in was on a personal call on his AirPods and didn’t acknowledge us just gave us our room cards. Got to our room and “maintenance” guy was in our room watching tv… VERY sketchy neighborhood behind the hotel and overall would NEVER stay in Memphis again. But IF you had to stay this would be one of the safer spots. Drove by some places on the other side of town and it was so much worse.

Liked: The hospitality of the front desk ladies and housekeeper. It was a clean place. The pool was cool.
Disliked: Everything was good.

Bad

Disliked: There was no hot water in the hotel and it had been out for several days and indicated it was going to be out for several more days. On top of that, they are making it difficult to get a refund for those who did not want to stay in a hotel with no hot water, based on ownership and management. I would recommend staying as far away as you can from this place.
