The worst rule I have...

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: The shower did not work. After ride my bike for 50 miles I was looking forward to a good shower. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the air conditioner did not cool the room off at all no matter how I tried to adjust the thermostat. This is probably the worst room I have ever stayed in since I’ve been with Booking.com. I would like to get my money back, but I don’t know who to talk to.

Disliked: The whole place smelled like marijuana, We walked in the room with dead roaches smashed in the wall, The smell in the room smelt like urine and mildew, Not to mention all the crumbs all under the bed and microwave and fridge was not cleaned.

Pleasant

Liked: The property was in a great spot my stay was overall a good stay minus the dog barking across the hall and the the kids at the playground on top of me.
Disliked: The dog and kids I could have did without!! Otherwise a decent stay.

Liked: Staff was nice and hotel was quiet
Disliked: On the photos it had a hot tub in the pool area , eThat’s why I booked it got there hottub was not there .. please update pictures

Liked: Well everything was clean when we arrive beds were comfortable.. television refrigerator worked staff were very courtesy
Disliked: My toilet was too low for me and my husband.The second night my bed was not made or clean towels hadn't been replaced. But the next night we came back everything was clean. And the light came through the bottom of the doorway was a little uncomfortable for me
