Overall a good experience, minus...

Liked: The breakfast was good, better than expected. The roo. Was clean and cozy. Staff were responsive when needed.
Disliked: There was a dog that barked for almost 4 hpurs in a room near us. I did complain to mgmt about it after 2 hours, and they did try to deal with it, but the dog continued to bark for almost 2 more hours. I wasn't the only one who complained. I felt they should have kicked the dog and owners out.

Good

Liked: We stayed in an ADA compliant room. Which i needed and it was exceptionally useful for me. I suffered a stroke so it is hard to shower sometimes but not here. Sheets were clean and there were extra towels and rags.
Disliked: There was a bad smell in the room when we got there.

Liked: Honestly, it was a place to sleep. It was fairly clean. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. Our ac barely worked, our friend had hardly any water pressure. I would rate it a 2 of 5 stars.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible, very outdated, and pillows were horrible along with the mattress.

Superb

Liked: The manager David is a great host. The room was clean and quiet. We were in Sioux Falls as I had an early appointment at the hospital in the morning, but we would stay again at this Baymount and recommend it to others traveling.
Disliked: Everything was great!
