Liked: The breakfast at this hotel was exceptional! The male worker for breakfast was super attentive to all of our needs and walked around taking to everyone. This was the only good part about this hotel.
Disliked: The customer service was incredibly POOR. Management was not professional and often down right rude when things were brought to their attention. The room was dirty. Rooms of our family were also dirty and not well kept. Our room was left open by housekeeping for the ENTIRE DAY without our knowledge. Who knows who went in our room during that time.

Liked: I love the atrium, a great pool, and a good free breakfast.
Disliked: The place needs better up keep. The room we had, the ac/furnace unit, or the thermostat was broken. They did fix it the next morning. They did offer to move us, so they were helpful. Our back door to the pool has a broken frame, but the place is clean.

Liked: The bathroom in our room was absolutely filthy. There were clumps of hair, almost like the people before us cut their hair in the room. The hand soap next to the bathroom sink was still the old soap from the previous guests with hair in it. I took picture to validate these complaints. One hot tub was out of order, with debris floating in the hot tub. It was an eye soar at the very least. The entire place was dirty and I didn't see one housekeeping attendant the entire time. I asked for a fork, said they didn't have any, yet, continental breakfast had a plethora of them. Ice machine on our level was out of order. We got the vibe that this was a hotel that was under bad management or definitely lacking staff of anyone that was willing to go above and beyond.
Disliked: Dirty. Not up kept at all. They also over charged me and I have called NUMEROUS times, and nobody picks up the phone and then the call eventually just gts dropped.
