Liked: The bathroom in our room was absolutely filthy. There were clumps of hair, almost like the people before us cut their hair in the room. The hand soap next to the bathroom sink was still the old soap from the previous guests with hair in it. I took picture to validate these complaints. One hot tub was out of order, with debris floating in the hot tub. It was an eye soar at the very least. The entire place was dirty and I didn't see one housekeeping attendant the entire time. I asked for a fork, said they didn't have any, yet, continental breakfast had a plethora of them. Ice machine on our level was out of order. We got the vibe that this was a hotel that was under bad management or definitely lacking staff of anyone that was willing to go above and beyond.
Disliked: Dirty. Not up kept at all. They also over charged me and I have called NUMEROUS times, and nobody picks up the phone and then the call eventually just gts dropped.

Very nice staff . Hotel...

Liked: Tina at checkh in was wonderful. She was welcoming and helpful. Very convenient that the resturant was in the same building.
Disliked: Rooms could use updating

Liked: We stay every so often the last few years. The staff are always great and the breakfast is always great as well.
Disliked: We stayed in room 140. The air did not work so it was 73 and humid the whole stay. The toilet had a small leak.
