Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed...
Disliked: There wasn’t enough parking for everyone and the room was awful very outdated and torn up.

Liked: Close to attractions
Disliked: 3 night stay and not once cleaned room no clean towels have to go get yourself....kids running around all hours of the night..seen one od on drugs came back from dinner and parking lot full of cops drug deals in plain sight.....will not return to this place...beds stained ....uncomfortable we had sleeping bags thank God we placed them over the beds to sleep.....way to much money for this place....not safe for family's

Disappointed at pigeon forge
Liked: The room was nice
Disliked: They don't clean your room you have to go get new towels and back and then you can't get a bath rag every day they don't have them available then they get mad when you ask for them and then you they don't supply your room with toilet paper if you need toilet paper you have to go down to the front desk and get it yourself and the rooms was nice but the air conditioner didn't work good enough to cool the whole big room but as far as the room it was a nice room and a nice setup but it was hot in there most of the time and the people are rude there they don't you say good morning to him they just look at you and just keep on going the breakfast was nasty it's just not a very good stage because like I said they do not clean your room unless you ask them to then when you asked them to they don't supply you with enough towels they don't supply you with enough bathroom supplies for your party and then when you go down and ask for what you need they tell you that's all they got like you're supposed to shared a dirty towels a dirty bath ragI made once once your whole visit it is just not a very good motel
