I will never stay there...

Liked: Nothing. This place was horrible.
Disliked: The room was disgusting! We saw 4 live roaches and one dead one in our bathroom when we arrived. Both beds had hair in the beds, under the sheets. The sheets were stained and had cigarette burns in them. The room had an awful smell to it. The staff was rude and hateful to other guests who stayed there.

Nasty.

Liked: Nothing. There was nothing about our stay that we liked.
Disliked: When we entered our room, it was hot, muggy, and smelled of mildew. We found the AC unit to be dismantled and a cord laying in the floor. I went to the phone inside the room to call the front desk, but the phone did not work. I walked back to the front desk and the worker was checking other guests in. He asked me what was wrong. I told him and showed him pictures of it. He was argumentative accused us of taking the AC apart that he knew all the AC’s were working and told me he’d be up to our room to fix it when he was finished. He showed up to our room and told my husband, kids, and I - you did not find it this way. The AC works. He said there are no other rooms for him to put us in this was it. He put the facing back on and said it was working the room would be ice cold knowing good and well it wasn’t working or blowing air. He hurried out. Not only did we have to sleep in hot humid room, upon entering the bathroom it was filthy. There was dead bugs in the floor. We got in a few hours of sleep and got back on the road. Our nights stay was miserable and I would not recommend to anyone.

DISGUSTING AND THE STAFF SUCKS

Liked: Nothing it sucked terribly
Disliked: They allowed me to check into jacuzzi room, and the tub didn't work . They wouldnt switch rooms or refund my money . Upon check out next morning the front desk tried to keep my deposit and made me show her my paperwork for my service animal !! (She is registered but still ILLEGAL) The next night I booked again to get a room with jacuzzi ( THE WHOLE REASON I BOOKED WAS TO USE THE JACUZZI) and they gave me hell and took almost 2 hours for them to check me in they told me they were going to give me a discount for the jacuzzi not working but they wouldnt allow me to check into another jacuzzi room due to my service animal.. the only option they gave me was to check into the same room I stayed in the night before, which the jacuzzi was broken. I paid $80 for the room for the jacuzzi not to work and them to not switch my room, they tried to keep my deposit and when it came to the next day and I was checking out they did not give me a discount and I don't recommend to stay there to anyone., they are crooks and will get over on you if you allow it !!
