The staff was great and...

Liked: The room had been rehabbed but they were not finished before they put it back in circulation to the public.
Disliked: The bathroom tub shower wall and ceiling needs repair/replaced. The door is stuck shut when you get the green light to go in you literally have to force it open.

Overall Stay was good and...

Liked: Customer Service was Great! Neil went above and beyond to not only accommodate my request, but also the request of a friend who wanted to change her reservation from another hotel...Great Job Neil. Also brought extra pillows right away!
Disliked: Unfortunately, my wife saw a small roach in our bathroom when we walked in, and they ran out of orange juice for breakfast on Sunday morning. Also the sofa had a big tear in it.
