Disliked: The floors in the room were filthy. I took some paper towels and in no time it was black just from one swipe.

Liked: People at desk were pleasant. Beds had clean, linen.
Disliked: The cleanliness of sofa, upholstered chairs, carpet and poor maintenance of rooms. Door knob in bathroom not secured with nut tighten and was difficult opening door to get out of bathroom before I noticed it. This could lead to dangerous situation if a child is caught in the toilet area.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good location and very good value. Breakfast was well stocked and tasty.
Disliked: Bed was not that comfortable for my taste.

Disliked: The pool was out of order. I stayed with my kids we checked in at 9pm. Couldn’t sleep with how bad the room smelt. We decided to check out at 4am instead of getting another room. We didn’t feel safe because of no security set up as well. Someone should’ve at least contact me and did a partial refund or something. We didn’t even stayed for the breakfast.
