Disliked: Still haven’t refunded my deposit, won’t respond to requests for an invoice, rooms were dirty and had roaches

Very good

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable close to highway and restaurants
Disliked: Road construction and no dog walk area so had to walk them down sidewalk that was covered with debris

Definitely not the best of...

Liked: The location
Disliked: Mold/mildew in suite and bugs on the floor. Was moved upstairs to another suite. There was water on the floor. Manager was informed but did nothing about it. Went to get an extra room and staff on duty didn’t know how to ring up a room. Check in process took about 30 minutes

Use to stay twice a...

Liked: Close to softball field
Disliked: Our room have Dead bugs along with mold everywhere. Arrived Friday night complained to the front office no one came woke up early to play ball got back around 5:30 noticed nothing was done complained again no one went back to complain and asked for my money back and a new room with no mold they moved us to a new room to walk in and it was nothing but water on the floor went back down to complain and all they did was clean the water up it took 20 mins for it to have a big pile of water in the floor again had maintenance man come and vacuum the unit out and that was it. Woke up to big pile on the floor again … so the 2nd room not only had the pile of water , while walking on the tile water would come out from under them. Mold again on the door to the bathroom. Also while taking a shower noticed a used pad stuck behind the toilet on the wall
