Friendly staff and comfortable room

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful here ! The location was absolutely perfect with plenty of shops and food chains nearby to choose from. Breakfast was at Denny’s which was great for us as we love the food there ! We felt safe and comfortable the whole stay
Disliked: The free tea and coffee only had coffee mate. This is a very small issue for us however milk would have been a bit better.

Liked: Basic, but perfectly adequate - no regular room service (trash / making beds), but that's actually the way I prefer it. Breakfast at Denny's included. Very responsive staff. Free tea / coffee on site.
Disliked: There were only two towel sets, but three guests - not a big problem, we didn't ask for more. No extra cot, but gave us an extra blanket. The lock was broken (locked, but couldn't be opened using the card), but the staff always came promptly to let us in and offered a room change. We stayed in the same room, too much hassle to move for a short stay.
