Liked: Great breakfast and variety of foods

Good

Disliked: Breakfast was fine for hubby but coffee was weak and no napkins. I could only have yogurt. As I am gluten free and prediabetes so frosted flakes are a nogo. Would be nice if they had boiled eggs like most equivalent hotels. But that's on me.

Liked: Staff was nice location was good
Disliked: This was the dirties place I've ever stayed. The old soap bar was still in the tub a false nail still in the shower (we had two rooms) floor in one room was dirty not swept mirrors looked like they had been sneezed on. Just very dirty. They are trying to renovate the rooms but to me new means nothing if you don't clean it.

Not what I was expecting...

Liked: We did not get the opportunity to dine. Bathroom issues. The room had new furniture.
Disliked: We didn't get the room I had selected and paid for. They gave me something else. The toilet backed up and we plunge. In the night, it backed up again. We could not stand the order to even take baths. We used the lobby bathroom for relief.
