Baymont by Wyndham Provo River

I read several reviews before staying here and can't believe anyone had anything negative to say. We loved everything and I am VERY picky, especially about cleanliness! One of my favorite things was the "clean remote" - the remote control for the TV has it's own holder that tells you it has been cleaned - may seem funny but that is important to me.

Liked: Loved the beds, clean room, helpful staff, great breakfast and location.

Bad

Awful. 10/10 would not recommend

Disliked: Unbelievably rude and disrespectful front desk staff.

Not bad but stay on...

Liked: The hotel is wore down but the room felt somewhat clean. Loved the location for the event I was down there for.
Disliked: The hotel is wore down and when I used the tub rust floaties came out of the drain. I was on the bottom floor and should’ve asked to change rooms or call to ask to have the people above me spoken too. Every time they moved about it sounded like a herd of elephants and it was every 30 to 45 minutes.

Economical but lacking upkeep and...

Liked: My husband and I got a room with a king size bed that was very comfortable. The AC worked well and the place was very quiet so we had a good nights rest.
Disliked: The breakfast spread was minimal, and the cabinets and the waffle maker machine was very dirty. The carpets in the halls are very dirty and stained. The room was semi clean, although the toilet seat was left up with a strand of toilet paper in it when we came in. The tub is also stained or dirty..
