The hotel is doable if...

Liked: Short distances from downtown Duluth and other areas.
Disliked: The bathroom was in poor shape. The back of the toilet was literally sweating and pooling water on the floor. What look to be mold. Hair was everywhere - tub, sheets, floor. No hand soap provided and bath towels were more like hand towels.

Ok would stay again depending...

Liked: Onsite breakfast. Room was clean. Was overall quite when we stayed. Room we had was nice and open.
Disliked: We ended up with jacuzzi room. Buttons on jacuzzi looked rough. We didn't use it.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The location to Duluth - Bayfront Park was good. Only a 20 minute drive. Breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast. Kids liked having the pool. Beds were semi-comfy. Linens were clean.
Disliked: Pool area was rundown, very small area. Wobbly pool furniture. We were there 9 years ago when it still had a hot tub and sauna, now it’s just a small pool with poolside rooms. No hot tub or sauna. Bathroom was tiny, shower floor was “wavy” and dirty. Had to ask for more towels, had a reservation for 4 people and only had 2 towels. Coffee pot was dirty and still had a coffee filter pouch in it. Microwaves took a long time to heat up food.

The stay was okay, but...

Liked: staff was friendly.
Disliked: The stay was okay, but it could have been better.First, there was absolutely no internet. When I asked about it, the response was, “We have too many people, so it won’t work.”Second, on the first night, there was a group of young athletes. I love kids—I’m a father of two—but there should be clear quiet time rules. It was close to midnight, and they were running, shouting, and playing in the hallways. It felt like they were inside my room, so the soundproofing is quite poor.Other than that, the staff was friendly.

Nice but would not stay...

Liked: room was nice but dark, breakfast was okay
Disliked: pool was down, not handicap accessible, unable to return to room when using the balcony off of the pool, ice machine was right outside our door and very noisy.
