Love this place!

Liked: The rooms are always so comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The staff is great. I really like that the staff text and it's not just a robot message. We got in later than expected and the text exchange was very nice. Breakfast, although modest is always my favorite part.
Disliked: We really have no complaints other then a mention of maybe a hand soap at the sink as well as the bar for the shower. Possibly consider expanding your breakfast area. The place ia popular and tends to get sardine can crowded. Luckily with all our stays everyone (guests) has been super nice and respectful.

It was overall a great...

Liked: The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with the toilet not working. We were moved to another room with no problems. They fixed the problem the next day in the previous room. (they moved us right next door which made the move easy). The location was great. We were close to downtown with plenty of places to eat and we also were able to see the lake easily.
Disliked: The hotel does not have an elevator. The pool floor needs updated as we could feel broken concrete while swimming.The guest laundry only has 1 washer and 1 dryer.

Liked: Loved that it wasn’t in the middle of town, staff was super friendly!
Disliked: The room was amazing so I thought, I meant to talk to the front desk but my child had surgery right away in the morning so I had a lot on my mind, we drove almost 5 hours 1 way and were exhausted by the end of the night, the top throw blanket smelt like Body Oder so my mom child and I shared a bed! Other than that it was an amazing night!

Nice staff but not coming...

Liked: The staff were friendly and the fridge in the room was nice.
Disliked: Only stairs in and out of the building as well as going up and down floors. Pool was chipped and missing large pieces on the bottom, black stuff floating in the pool as well. Breakfast was meh, juice machine was out of order, only had waffle maker, muffins, and cereal. Fridge with some milk and yogurts. Not a lot of seating in the dining area. We were on the lowest level and the hallway smelled like mildew and our rooms carpet felt damp. Very small room for a two bed queen room, only one person could get around at a time. Bathroom had spiders. The faucet on the bath tub wasn’t connected to the wall. The plastic cups in the room had bugs in them, even though the cups were wrapped in plastic. Also was told there was no housekeeping and if we wanted extras we have to get them from the front desk, which is fine. However we needed more towels after going in the pool and they didn’t have any available at that time but would have some in 20 minutes. We will not be staying here again, even if the room were $50. I feel bad saying that because the staff was friendly but the building isn’t.

Disliked: Steps getting into the facility would be had for older clients with knee and back issues.
