Liked: we didn't check out breakfast options. Location was easy from 295, many food choices nearby- nice Italian restaurant next door. powerful shower
Disliked: Wife would have liked a newspaper. I thought we were getting a king but queen was fine.

Disliked: The bed was not comfortable and the phone was not working at all?the refrigerator made noises all night long which kept me from sleeping and the guest above and below were thumping, banging, and jumping throughout the night.

Liked: Did not eat breakfast. There was nothing left at 9 a.m.
Disliked: HORRIBLE sleeping conditions. It was so bad, my spouse and I had to sleep on the floor. The mattress not only made horrible metal noises, but was so uncomfortable that you could feel the springs sticking you in the back.

Liked: clean, easy to find, extremely comfortable, the room very spacious, hot shower.I loved Mr. Aaron front desk clerk. super helpful kind pleasant professional and easy to talk to. listened to our needs carefully and responded with dignity in knowing his level of professionalism and respect! most kind person I?ve met at a hotel chain. very willing to help. full of integrity! he made our stay the very best. he went way beyond his call of duty to help my family with some problems that arose. he didn?t hesitate to help. Mr Aaron is the best part of our stay. grandkids myself and hubby really appreciate his kind soul. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and satisfied with solving our issues. If he wasn?t there we probably would have just left and complained. he made everything worth it!

Liked: The location was fine
Disliked: My room had no towels, they stated there was a towel shortage I had to go out and buy towels and wash cloths. Also the room wasn?t very clean. There was food in the microwave from the previous guest and there were things in the fridge. There was a sanitary napkin wrapper on the bathroom floor And you can tell someone was smoking in the room. Also there was already trash in the waste basket.
