Third time to stay there

Liked: Everyone is very nice and helpful
Disliked: No elevator , no pool , and really never got the room clean but I was asked once if I wanted it , so no issue

I will not look at...

Liked: The location
Disliked: It was dirty. The carpet is so deteriorating. The room furniture are with dents, and looks old and maintenance needed. It doesn’t have elevator. It is expensive for the condition and service.

Liked: Breakfast was good , I enjoyed those crossiant , fruits
Disliked: It was two full beds and and four of us siblings . and they charged me for the two of them . when we booked we did not see anything saying that .

Roaches

Liked: The location was nice and it appeared to be nice and worth the money at 1st
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned at all, blood and urine among other things on the sheets and blankets. Hair all over, spit and toothpaste all around the mirror. Dirty wadded up towels in the bathroom. AND to top it off then I find cockroaches!!! And when I told the manager and took her a roach in a baggy and told her we were leaving, her and her workers spent the next half hour following us around telling us to hurry up and get out so they could clean that room to re rent it!! I would absolutely not suggest staying at this hotel

Hotel with good location but...

Liked: The hotel has a good location. The room is big enough and comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the staff is not very friendly, especially the cleaning ladies. Also, it should be more options for breakfast. At least, it should have scrambled egg, fried eggs, or sausages. That would be nice. I think scrambled eggs are only available Saturdays and Sundays because we didn't find any on week days.
