Liked: Breakfast was good , I enjoyed those crossiant , fruits
Disliked: It was two full beds and and four of us siblings . and they charged me for the two of them . when we booked we did not see anything saying that .

Roaches

Liked: The location was nice and it appeared to be nice and worth the money at 1st
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned at all, blood and urine among other things on the sheets and blankets. Hair all over, spit and toothpaste all around the mirror. Dirty wadded up towels in the bathroom. AND to top it off then I find cockroaches!!! And when I told the manager and took her a roach in a baggy and told her we were leaving, her and her workers spent the next half hour following us around telling us to hurry up and get out so they could clean that room to re rent it!! I would absolutely not suggest staying at this hotel

Exceptional

Hotel with good location but...

Liked: The hotel has a good location. The room is big enough and comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the staff is not very friendly, especially the cleaning ladies. Also, it should be more options for breakfast. At least, it should have scrambled egg, fried eggs, or sausages. That would be nice. I think scrambled eggs are only available Saturdays and Sundays because we didn't find any on week days.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth...

Disliked: I paid extra for a larger room with two TVs, expecting a more comfortable stay, but was left thoroughly disappointed. The room didn’t even have the basics — no hand soap in the bathroom, just a tiny bottle of hand sanitizer. There were also no tissues in the tissue holder, which just seems cheap on the hotel’s part.The TV in the living room — one of the main reasons I upgraded — didn’t work. I reported it to the front desk within 30 minutes of checking in. Someone came up and confirmed it wasn’t working and said a technician would come the next day… even though we were checking out the next morning. So, essentially, no resolution, no alternate room offered, and no compensation.Additionally, the floorboard near one of the beds was cracked and unstable — it dipped every time someone walked over it. It was both annoying and a safety concern.Breakfast was decent, but I was put off by the passive-aggressive signage telling guests not to take food back to their rooms. I’m an adult and don’t need to be micromanaged over a muffin.Overall, this stay was not worth the premium price. Poor attention to detail, unresponsive service, and a lack of basic amenities made this experience a letdown.

Rooms are cold and extra...

Liked: Close to doctors appointments
Disliked: The use of cleaning sprays which does not agree with my asthma and was asked not to use it, but they use the spray in the rooms anyway. Rooms are cold requested extra blankets for bed and told they do not have extra blankets for the bed. And I know they do have extra blankets because the gentleman that does the laundry has a key to the other room where the other blankets are kept.
