Relaxing

Liked: Room space and need comfort. Also someone from staff is always near the desk no matter how late in the night
Disliked: I could take uber eats into the room but hotel breakfast had to remain downstairs and not allowed up.

Exceptional

Liked: Hot tub ,food great ,just beds are to small to fit 5
Disliked: Size room didn't fit for 5

Liked: The hotel was ridiculous. The staff didn't even give us a room card as they told us they were out of. Cards. Called the front and nobody answered the phone. We didn't get a room card until late morning. i work for a large consulting firm and will make sure we let them know about our experience. Thank youSean Rice Reginal Vice President 682 503 3361 RRI

Disappointing

Liked: The staff is top-notch! The facilities need work and major repair! The paint was peeling out of the tub, and the shower curtains were hanging. The walls and the fridge were dirty. I can tell the staff care about their jobs. I just wish the owner cared about them

Nice staff roaches, crawling on...

Liked: The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable, but there were roaches crawling on the walls in the hallway. The toilet was leaking would barely flush. It was pretty ratchet.
Disliked: The bed was comfy
