I liked that the staff...

Liked: When I didn’t like my room the manager switched it out and gave me a better one
Disliked: The pool was broken

Disliked: Breakfast wasn't very good

Liked: Location was perfect, everything was close enough. Our room was comfortable and clean, when i put the trash out it was taken everytime!
Disliked: My key card kept having problems. At one point it said it was cancelled because they didnt add enough days to it. One key never worked. Had to change them every other day.

Liked: Very good location for our purpose. Very good staff.
Disliked: The tissue holder fell off the first day we checked in and there was no one available to put it back up. Very minor, it does not affect our rating.

Liked: Only that I had a place to stay after driving 15 hours.

Liked: the beds were very nice
Disliked: the phone was not plugged in and was broken some of the lights in the room were broken the breakfast was not good and the floors were dirty I was in my room with just socks and it was so dirty my socks turned black

Shut it down or get...

Liked: The room smelled like heavy cigarettes , asked for a different room and for the same exact result, there’s no telling when the last time there for was vacuumed or even sanitized , I really wanted to leave but I already spent my money. The staff was nice but had their kids working the front desk I found that kind of odd. The breakfast would have been nice if it was properly cooked, the bacon was raw and microwaved , not edible at all. Spent 200 to stay here and the motel 6 is better.
