Ok for jyst a short...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Carpets are dated, entry-door does not close properly, you have slam it. Sofa-bed amenities were not there, we had to go to the front office to ask for it- reservation was for 3 persons in a room.

dissapointed

Liked: It seem that front desk only follow orders, he did not was rude or something, he just stated to follow manager instructions, but, look next paraghaph
Disliked: I booked this reservation prior to get out there, when I arrived at 2 am, with my kids n wife, the front desk guy said, sorry, I do not accept cards with no name on it, my bank issued for me a car like that, I went to look up for this kind of policy, and my sorprise was that there were no policy in terms of what they asked, the front desk said, my manager does not allow us, can you imagine the anxiaty that this cause to my kids at 2 am, coming from a long trip, I urge the manager or some level above him, to repare this big inconvinient, I had to go on my luck to next hotel springhill suites, and my surprise was a totally and beautifull experience, the front desk guy only said to me, let me help you with the reservation and set the card in here, with no problem at all, to tell you truth, this looks like discrimation, hope this info helps to correct such bad situation we lived

Nice clean comfy hotel

Liked: The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was ok. What you'd expect from a quick hotel meal.
Disliked: The bottom sheet has a hole in it and should be discarded.
