Not the cleanest place that...

Liked: Breakfast was good, lots to choose from
Disliked: The one bed in the room had a big stain on the sheets, like they weren’t changed, there was used bar soap in the shower, when I asked the person that was cleaning the rooms in the hall he had no idea what I was asking for.

Great spot to stay in...

Liked: The first floor access and that it was covered parking..
Disliked: The view was great and near by shopping is very convenient.

Liked: The mattress was comfortable.
Disliked: Dirty floor, room smelled like a smoker lived there. Crowded

Exceptional

Horrible.

Liked: Nothing. The room was an absolute dump. The smoke alarm was disconnected even
Disliked: They had a plastic mattress pad on the bed. It stunk inside the room. It was absolutely trashy.

Aweful

Liked: Nothing , was the worst thing ever , didn’t even stay , couldn’t , they sprayed something in room, the guy , isn’t from here , couldn’t complain if you wanted too, may call Homan , pretty sure he’s illegal
Disliked: Dirty , smelly , aweful, a dump

Stay with Petoskey

Liked: Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Want to say thanks again Baymont of Petoskey for the stay.

Poor

Liked: My room was quiet and smelled good. Was quiet but that's probably because I was on top floor.
Disliked: I had to use my own wifi and couldn't watch TV for 7 days and staff did nothing about it. It's pretty outdated and people smoking weed outside. Dogs barking also.
