Liked: Friendly staff, the room was clean
Disliked: No bath towels. Poorly designed shower for a person with motor disability issues. Plastic cups were so wrapped in plastic coating, they were unusable, No pen or stationery. TV remote was a mystery to me because all I could reach was pay channels.

Liked: Located near everything. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Very poor value. Way too much money for what you get. Their auto text communication system let me order and pay for a roll away bed and then was told they didn’t have them when we arrived.No hangers, no hand soap, room was very confining, and the overall feel here is definitely that of incarceration, especially when they put you on the second floor.

Disliked: Did not actually get to stay there as the room was being painted when we arrived, and there were no other rooms available due to a major refit being carried out at the time. Very disappointing after travelling over 5 hours to get there, and booking well in advance of our journey. We were offered a 50% discount on our stay but due to medical issues this was not possible. Fortunately we were able to find another hotel nearby that met our needs, although it was more expensive than we had planned for. Not a great start to our short break!
