Disliked: Cockroaches and spiders and gnats in the roomWeird smells in the hallway The vending machine didn’t work and they refused to refund all my money The hotel manager was exceptionally rude and told me that my grandchildren’s fear was insignificant when we spoke to him about the cockroaches My grandchildren were crying and refusing to go back in the room. The shredded stained curtains didn’t helpI was too rattled by the situation that I didn’t think to take pictures of the bugs.

Liked: I enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and everything was very clean. The pool area is also very nice.
Disliked: There isn't anything i can think of off hand.
