Disgusting hotel!

Disliked: It was dirty, under construction, overpriced zero customer service. There was paint on the drapes and bedskirt. No cleaning service.

Disliked: A lot of false expectations on listing. Pool was not open, the whole place was in the middle of new wall renovations etc which made the place feel like a complete hole in the wall. My room smelt like paint and mildew from the old carpets. Half the lights didn’t work in the room. There was trash from a previous tenant left behind one of the side tables. The slider of the balcony needed to be replaced (it was extremely hard to open). Everything is super outdated. The tub and shower were old and yellowing. You have to ask for WiFi or else they won’t give it to you. The breakfast/lobby looks like it was donated by 1980s cafeteria room. No esthetic taste or effort put into the hotel to make guests feel comfortable. Cleaning lady was nice though :)One night cost me $567. Totally overpriced for what you get in comparison to where ive stayed paying that kind of money…

Disliked: Property needs some serious TLC. Paint peeling, discolored shower curtain, etc. Overall the room was fairly clean (except for the stink bug). Lobby tiles are currently being replaced. Hopefully they continue with the improvements.

Liked: The food was terrible/ I would not even feed it to an animal. The eggs were like wet rubber and the sausage didn’t even look like real meat. Thankfully there was cereal/
Disliked: The staff was awful to us, the whole place was under construction and I wasn’t even aware: they wouldn’t let us swim. It was a mess. I will never go back there.
