Not for kids

Liked: Looks fine from the outside. Good location. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: It smells funny as soon as you walk in. Everything is totally outdated. Rooms were dingy and old. Other guests stood outside the hotel smoking weed and made me feel uncomfortable having 2 kids with me. We were due to stay 12 nights. We stayed only 1 and that was only cause we arrived really late and were exhausted. I'm no snob by any means and knew it wouldn't be amazing for the price but we got a great hotel down the road for less money. Ok if travelling for a night with an adult but don't take kids here. The pool also looked tiny and its practically in the car park.

Exceptional

Good

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. Air conditioning was great.
Disliked: Room door did not fit well. Small gap around the door let light and sound in from hallway.TV service was complicated.

Good quality for the price....

Liked: Location, price, cleanliness, bus to park, staff.
Disliked: Breakfast (out of juice, little options to eat).

Disliked: That u can't use cash

Pleasant stay, great for location...

Liked: Staff was kind, they were able to accommodate our request of a room on the bottom floor, areas were clean, great location.
Disliked: The TV in our room only had sound on select channels, the shower water was not as warm as we wanted, house keeping did not make it around one of the days we were there. Good other than that.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything it was a nice and clean place. The staff was funny, nice and helpful

Disappointed

Liked: Location to the theme parks
Disliked: Housekeeping was horrible. The initial room had a huge stain on the mattress. The second room was dirty. Bed had hair in it. Trash under it, hair in bathroom. Floor dirty, refrigerator dirty. The air conditioner was nice and cold, but vents were extremely dirty. I slept in my clothes on top of the mattress. When I left, I completely stripped the room to make sure it would get cleaned, hopefully properly. Also, I wanted to leave. No other hotels had availability, unfortunately.

I was not happy with...

Liked: They need to do renovations. The tub Faucet was broken. Water spots in the roof. Very noise. Bed sheet had hair and spots on it. The towels were clean.
