Staff was extremely cordial and helpful. The property is well maintained. Get a room on the pool side, it might have been a different experience otherwise, as it is right next to the 408 highway toll road. Awesome, awesome otherwise!

Wanted checking out the hotel...

Disliked: Probably was being renovated. No soap in bathroom. Shower water and temperature did not work properly. No elevators to room had to haul luggage upstairs. Booking.com. Very bad cancellation policy compared to Expedia or any of the other others.
