Baymont by Wyndham Orlando Downtown

Liked: Walking distance to Orlando Amphitheater.
Disliked: No low points.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: All kinds of noise. Bathroom was disgusting. There were also bedbugs in the bed. All in all, I would not recommend or stay here ever again.

I would never stay here...

Liked: The location of the hotel was fine, however the customer service and overall experience was not pleasing. Even though there were rooms available I was unable to check-in early because rooms were not clean (this was 1:30). I was offered a suite at this time for an additional $50, but he had just said that rooms were not available. There was not a waiting area. When I was given a room at 3pm, I had to change rooms 3 times due to the uncleanliness, whether it was dirty linen to a whole bed not being made. My third room was decent to but still had a dirty pillow case on the bed. I was told that the breakfast was wonderful by one of the staff members, however the next morning, I walked down to breakfast and saw a waffle maker with no waffle batter, milk within a cannister, bruised fruits, coffee no creamer and more. Additionally, the juices that from their machines was watered coming out the juice machine.
Disliked: Customer Service, cleanliness of rooms, "breakfast"

Liked: Excellent location for attending events at the Central Fairgrounds. Staff was very accommodating. Comfortable and clean.

Don’t waste your money here...

Liked: From the moment we arrived to check in we had problems, first the front desk attendant couldn’t find our reservation then tried to charge me and extra $120 after they already took the payment, when we finally get to our room both beds had dirty sheets, only two of the lights in the room worked, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t shut it looked like someone kicked the door in, the shower had ZERO hot water the whole stay the shower head and faucet were both also broken almost falling off, then the front desk attendant yelled at my little sister for taking a bowl of cereal back to our room even tho they were “serving complimentary breakfast”? safe to say we left earlier because we were uncomfortable and for the price we paid none of this should of happened. Horrible place to stay
