Very disappointed and disappointed with...

Liked: The property is located in a convenient area.
Disliked: I have no problems with animals. However, we arrived at the hotel late evening and were placed in a room that ordor was horrible (dog urine/fur). I was not comfortable neither did not sleep that night. The linen was not changed to accommodate new guests. This was confirmed with confirmation of animal hair visible on my clean pajamas. I made sure that we checked out before 11:00am to proceed to another hotel in the area. Who ever was responsible for cleaning and preparing the rooms during this time did not take pride in their work. I was polite in my complaint to the front desk clerk. She responded, “You should have come downstairs for clean linens.”

A LOT OF MOLD in...

Liked: The office and breakfast area was clean but our room was NOT! The bed was uncomfortable, but clean. The bathroom had MOLD all over the ceiling!
Disliked: A LOT OF MOLD in bathroom! The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was cold cereal, toast, and bagels

Disliked: Could have been comped or given another night same room since I never even stayed.

Liked: I enjoyed the breakfast. The waffles were more than I expected for the price. The room and the hallways/lobby were very clean. Friendly lady behind counter in evening.
Disliked: I was impressed with the quality for the price.

Liked: The family room didn’t seem too cramped.
Disliked: There was not a lot of options for a person with diabetes. Bathroom light was burned out, the front desk worker was grumpy and rude when we asked for things, didn’t feel very welcome during the stay.
