Disliked: Rooms were old and unkept. Room was dirty. Stains on the bedding. The ice bucket was filthy with hair in it. Took them over 2 hours to bring a new one. Left early. No refund.

No compassion

Disliked: I checked in that Friday around night at 6 o'clock. I received a phone call 2 hours later that my oldest son had passed. We did a turn around, flight. The next morning, I was charged for all 3 days, even though they were told we had to leave. I went back-and-forth with the hotel staff as well as booking.com to No aveil. They still charged me for 3 days when I only stayed less than 12 hours. I will not return. Did not get to enjoy anything there because of the unfortunate timing of my son's passing. No compassion, only worried about the money that they received when I checked out the morning after the staff was sleeping in the office didn't hear anything. I said about the day before. Though I was grieving my son each contact with the staff over the phone to try and resolve it was met with rudeness and being hung up on, management was never there as I was told, and no one reacted out to me, even booking.com was no help. Just took the money 💰

Disliked: They never gave me my deposit back and I left the room in perfect condition my used towels were all hanging over the tub the beds barely looked like they got slept in all trash was together yet no refund claimed that it would take 5 to 7 business days for it to be back on my card I've called a few times yet it's been a month
