Disappointing

Disliked: They never gave me my deposit back and I left the room in perfect condition my used towels were all hanging over the tub the beds barely looked like they got slept in all trash was together yet no refund claimed that it would take 5 to 7 business days for it to be back on my card I've called a few times yet it's been a month

Liked: Friendly staff. Good location for our trip to the area.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been stocked better but food was good

Disappointing

Liked: Room smelled like smoke. They did not have another room. Building in general has bad smells. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was nice would not recomend

Not impressed

Liked: Location was great near restaurants and movie theatre.
Disliked: Buidlung was dirty and smelled. Could hear the neighbors next door all night.

Liked: Convenient
Disliked: No tv remote. Hassles to get it replaced. Breakfast limited. No opportunity to check in early.
