Liked: The linen was super clean..Towels smelled nice and were soft..
Disliked: This place needs a very serious update.. Carpets are filthy stained..Doors when entering the sleeping area slam loud behind you.. We were placed around a large group of people with 5 kids that did not go to sleep at night.They ran in and out of doors all night..The outlet and lamp between beds didn't work..The beds need new proper mattresses..Extremely uncomfortable and creeky when turning over..As I mentioned.. This place needs serious updates...

Disliked: Everything including the very non-helpful staff. I had a slider door that was half an inch open and could not shut instead of any kind of accommodation they told me it’s OK cause you’re on the second floor. Everything is filthy windows, a lot of drug trafficking, etc..
