We were disappointed and should...

Disliked: We should have left when entering the motel entrance, it smelled like smoke.The 1st room we had was filthy and had been used. Towels on floor, garbage in trash can, beds rumbled up. The 2nd room the AC did not work, the 3rd room was connected to the courtyard and sliding doors did not look safe. The final room the security lock did not work but the other locks worked. The outside door locks to parking lot also did not work. I showed the night desk man, he was going to report it.We did not even stay for coffee in the morning.

Disliked: Blood on the comforter and cigarette burns in the sheet

Disliked: We were disappointed in the rooms n the service,I got room 135 and the TV didn't work,I had 2 leave to pick up my wife,got back and she didn't like the room,she used dirty room,TV didn't work,so we went to the front desk to complain,and he did,change us 2 another room,we left to go eat and while eating we decided just 2 drive back to Cadillac mi,so we went back and tried to get a refund,and the man refused to give me a refund,even if we left,mind you we never entered the second room,I want a full refund, and maybe a free night one day , thanks 4 listening, hope 2 hear from someone soon,have a great day
