Overall not a great place....

Liked: The people were super friendly and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The door entrance downstairs was broken. Anyone could get in or out. The rooms look nothing like the ones depicted online. Furthermore, I placed for a single king size bed and was told upon arrival they only had double queens. This is a minor issue however I may have switch where I was staying if I would’ve known in advance instead of when I’m standing in-front of them.

Disliked: The place was not clean and very sketchy. In our room there was a broken sliding glass door. It would not shut all the way so it would not lock either. I had to crank the heat to 86 to be able to warm up because there was so much cold air coming through the broken sliding glass door. The chair had throw up or something nasty on it. The carpet was all stained up, we wouldn’t take our shoes off to even walk on the carpet. The uncarpeted floor was sticky. There was a little kitchen space with counters and a microwave but it had no power at all in there. I felt dirty even being there but it was very late and we needed some sleep before continuing our trip. The whole place felt so dirty that we wouldn’t even shower there. There were hookers and cops in the parking lot. We took turns sleeping because it felt unsafe and dirty. When I brought up the concerns and broken door that anyone could come in to our room the guy at the desk kind of laughed and said he was sorry he said that the night attendant had given us the wrong room and that our room (121) was a “tenant room” they give those rooms to college kids and stuff and that next time they will give us a better room. (No way in hell I will return there!!) The side door we were told to go to that was closer to our room was broken so anyone could walk in with or without a key card and there was trash and cigarette butts all through the hallway to our room. The whole area where our room was smelled like cigarette smoke and bad odors. I thought after bringing this stuff up to the morning desk person, that they would offer to not charge up the full amount or SOMETHING. But we got nothing. It didn’t feel like he cared about our experience there at all and was amused buy it or something. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!! It was HORRIBLE!! I attached pictures of the nasty chair, broken door and room with no power!
