Liked: poor to fair. poor flow to the breakfast bar. tiny cups. wouldn't take much to raise the bar a little. food selection was adequate.
Disliked: room clock not plugged in. couldn't get tv beyond one channel and couldn't adjust volume. cleanliness products were tiny and not good for older hands.

Awful experience
Liked: Location was the only positive
Disliked: Checked in, front desk took credit card and ID. 7:30am following morning, knocking at room door by front desk about payment. We had arrived late after having gone out so was pretty upset being woken up that early. Turns out expiry date was entered incorrectly and person at front desk when checking in didn't process payment. Now to the room, telephone didn't work, safe didn't work. Mentioned this to front desk at 7:30am, was told maintenance person would arrive, no one did. Bathroom sink did not drain so water piled up. Room was not made up however, towels were removed but not replenished, we had to look for cleaner to get towels. Walls are paper thin so first night all we heard was the TV of the adjacent room and telephone conversations which seemed to last all night. No security in back or side of building. Entrance doors are supposed to be accessed with the key card but did not latch so anyone could walk in. Won't be staying here again nor will I recommend this place.
