Disappointing on this subject

Disliked: They didn't credit my account the $200.00 damage deposit for the room.There was nothing wrong with the room.It didn't seem that there was enough staff on duty to check out the room.

Very good

Liked: Location was great, easy to get to.
Disliked: Looks like renovations were happening and the back exit door by our room didn’t actually lock where you needed to use the key card to get in. It felt a bit unsafe, luckily the door to our room worked properly.

I like that it was...

Liked: Quiet and clean. Mattress protector and soft towels.
Disliked: Furniture a bit too high. Caterers more to talker individuals.

Decent place to stay

Liked: Good location, decently quiet and comfy.
Disliked: Room could’ve been cleaned a bit better, odd odor in first floor hallway.

Well worth it for the...

Liked: The hotel is an older building. The room, however, was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It was not a hot breakfast, but the cereal and bagel selections were fine. For the price we paid, it was certainly worth it. The staff was great - very friendly.

It was just ok, not...

Liked: Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but it was adequate. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom sink had zero water pressure. The couch was torn. The phone didn’t work. The hallways reeked of pot (I thought it was a no smoking facility)
