Disappointing on this subject

Disliked: They didn't credit my account the $200.00 damage deposit for the room.There was nothing wrong with the room.It didn't seem that there was enough staff on duty to check out the room.

Very good

Liked: Location was great, easy to get to.
Disliked: Looks like renovations were happening and the back exit door by our room didn’t actually lock where you needed to use the key card to get in. It felt a bit unsafe, luckily the door to our room worked properly.

Exceptional

Liked: Guys at the front desk were great. Joking around and making you feel like family. Breakfast was great.

Disliked: Furniture a bit too high. Caterers more to talker individuals.

Liked: The hotel is an older building. The room, however, was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It was not a hot breakfast, but the cereal and bagel selections were fine. For the price we paid, it was certainly worth it. The staff was great - very friendly.
