Liked: The hotel was close to Klipsch and was very clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I had triple amount of cost put on hold between two separate debit cards. I used a different card at check in than what I used to reserve my room. Not only did they put the amount on hold twice on the card that wasn't supposed to be charged, but put a different amount on hold on the card that should've been used. So a $108 room turned into $324 and it's still being held. The hotel said it was a "glitch", my bank is investigating. I travel a lot and never had this happen before.

Very friendly and helpful staff; clean from the exterior to the rooms. Nicely updated rooms. Convenient, located close to where we needed to be - shuttle service even available. Definitely will book again!
Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Vending machines don't work.

Great place to stay, especially if going to an event at Klipsch Music Center. Shuttle gets you there and back in less than 10 minutes.
Liked: Clean; easy to get to; very friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Avril Lavigne with Simple Plan...
Liked: I loved how there was a Jacuzzi in the room and how it was right next to the bed. I appreciated the timer for the Jacuzzi. Since one can get a bit cozy in the Jacuzzi so having a timer to auto shut off the jets is brilliant. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I also was thankful with how clean the room was.
Disliked: I didn't like how room service came ten minutes before check out just to remind us of the time to check out. That could have been handled with a telephone call. Speaking of which, apparently the in-room phone did not work which is I guess why they physically came and knocked on our door to ask us if we knew when check-out was. They could have called one of our cell phones that were on file. Also for the price of the room, I thought it was lacking in amenities with no coffee maker and the fact that the Jacuzzi wasn't able to get that hot.
