Disappointing

Liked: The first room we were given was not cleaned. The second room was cleaned but not tissues or soap, had to go to front desk to get them. Another couple that checked in just after us was given a room next door but it was already occupied.
Disliked: Lack of properly updated information for rooms to be given out to customers. Clerk felt we could use the soap from the shower to wash our hands at the sink. Almost an inconvenience to give us a bar of soap for the sink.

Disliked: Dirty. Waited over 15 min to check in. The list just so long.

Pleasant

Disliked: We were disappointed to find an apple core in our ice bucket. There was no bars of soap in the bathroom for washing our hands, only soap in the bathtub.
