Not the best.
Liked: Location
Disliked: We could not flush the toilet and had to use the toilet in the lobby. We were told that there was no one there who could fix it. We requested to be given another room but were never called back from the desk person. We gave up and went to bed and used the lobby bathroom. We did not bother to shower the next morning fearing the tub wouldn’t drain. It was not the best experience.

It was really good just...
Liked: It was clean, room was nice
Disliked: Couldn’t even use the pool the 4 days we stayed it was the one thing my mom and I were looking forward to using but both days we tried to use it, it was closed to have chemicals put in it and the last day we tried using it the pool guy or someone apart of maintenance basically ran past my mom to lock the gate at the pool

Liked: The staff was nice. Other than that, nothing.
Disliked: I was very disappointed with my stay here because I stayed at Baymont Hotels before and I chose this location because it was a Baymont Hotel.The room was dirty and smelled because the refrigerator in the room smelled so bad and there were gnats because of it. I couldn't even take a shower after a long day of driving because the bathroom was so dirty. I couldn't even sleep because I didn't believe the bedding had been changed, I can't believe I had to pay a deposit for this room!I didn't even take advantage of the continental breakfast because the poor cleanliness of my room could be the same in that department, too.The reason I didn't call the front desk to complain is because we were so tired and thought we would just deal with it. Well, we dealt with it and paid for it. I did complain to the head housekeeper and the front desk before We left.
